Resolving the issue when the PDF fails to open

If you’re trying to open a Zurel PDF and it doesn’t open, your browser is likely blocking pop-ups for the PDF viewer. Follow the steps below to allow pop-ups in Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Firefox.

 Steps to Allow Pop-ups in Browser: Chrome & Edge 

1. Go to your Zurel page where the PDF isn’t opening.
   
2. A pop-up blocked icon will appear in the address bar, as shown here.

      3. Click the icon where the arrow is pointing in the image above.

      4. After clicking the icon, select the option as shown in the image below.

“Always allow pop-ups and redirects from https://zurel.app”

3. Click Done.
   
4. Refresh the page and try again — the PDF should now open properly in a new tab.

✅ This enables your browser to display PDFs from Zurel without issues.

Browser: Firefox

1. Go to your Zurel page where the PDF isn’t opening.
   
2. A pop-up blocked icon will appear in the address bar, as shown here.

3. Click the icon where the arrow is pointing in the image above.
4. After clicking the icon, you will see Block and Allow options.
   Choose Allow, as shown in the image below:
   
   
5. After allowing, click the “Open 1 blocked pop-up” link, which is blue.
   
6. The  PDF will now open in a new browser tab.

✅ This allows your browser to properly display PDFs from Zurel.
