How to Add a User in Zurel

To give someone access to Zurel (including the Bid Packages features), you need to first add them as a user.

Steps:

1. Go to Settings → General Settings → Users from the left menu.
2. Click the blue Action button at the top right and select Add from the dropdown.

This button also gives you options to suspend, activate, or delete users. Check the box next to the user’s name, then choose the appropriate action from the dropdown.

3. After clicking the “Add User” option, a pop-up form will appear (see the image below).

4. Fill in the user’s details:

• Title (optional)
• First Name (required)
• Middle Name (optional)
• Last Name (required)
• Email (required)
• General Role: Choose from Admin, Manager, or Basic User

5. Click Save to create the user. Once added, the user can be assigned to Bid Packages projects and given specific roles within those projects.

✅ Note: Users added here can only be assigned roles in specific areas, like Bid Packages, after they’re created.
