How to Assign Bid Package Roles

The Bid Packages Roles feature controls what each Zurel user can see or do within the Bid Packages. Only existing Zurel users can be assigned roles—if the person isn’t a user yet, you’ll need to add them first.

You can assign roles like Admin, Manager, or Basic User based on team responsibilities. To see what each role allows, check the Bid Packages Role Privileges.

1. In the Bid Packages workspace, click the Settings icon ⚙️ on the top-right.
2. Select Roles from the menu.
3. Click Add New to add or assign a role.
4. Search for users by name or email.
5. Choose a role: Admin, Manager, Project Manager, or Basic User.
6. Click Add to confirm.
7. To edit a role, click the Edit (pencil) icon, update, and save.
8. To delete a role, click the Delete (trash) icon and confirm.
9. Grant the Basic User Role to All Users to provide everyone with basic access.

Users without roles cannot access Bid Packages.
