Finding Job Documents with Search and Filters
Learn how to quickly locate job documents by using search, tags, and job filters on both mobile and desktop.
- Go to the Job Docs dashboard.
- At the top left, use the Date filter dropdown (marked as ① in the image).
- Next to it, use the Job dropdown (marked as ②).
- This dropdown shows all Zurel jobs. You can select All Jobs to see every document or choose a specific job to view only documents tied to that job.
- Helpful when you’re working across multiple jobs and only need documents for one specific job.
- In the SearchDocuments section, use the Search bar (marked as ③).
- Enter part or all of the document’s name to quickly locate it.
- For example, typing “contract” will filter the list down to only documents with “contract” in the title.
- Next to the search bar, open the Filter by tags dropdown (marked as ④).
- This allows you to refine results by applying one or more tags, such as Safety, Finance, Contracts, or Reports.
- Selecting tags helps reduce large lists of documents into smaller, more relevant groups.
- Go to the Job Docs dashboard.
- At the bottom, tap the blue Actions button.
- From the options, select the Search icon.
- Type the document name in the Search bar to quickly find a file.
- At the top, use the Filter by tags dropdown (① in the image).
- This filter narrows the list of documents by their tags (e.g., Safety, Reports, Contracts).
- Useful when many documents share similar names but belong to different categories.
- At the top-right, tap the Job dropdown arrow (② in the screenshot).
- This dropdown lists all the available Zurel jobs.
- You can select a specific job to view only its documents.
- Helps when you want to focus only on documents from one particular job.
Tip
- Combine filters for faster results. For example, set the Date filter to Last 30 Days, select a specific Job, type “invoice” in the Search bar, and apply a Safety tag. This will instantly narrow hundreds of files down to just the one you need.
